Birth Basics
If you are pregnant for the first time or have given birth before and would like a refresher, this 2-hour class was designed for you!
Led by a Medicaid-enrolled doula, our Birth Basics class will provide the tools you need to feel knowledgeable and prepared as you approach the birth of your baby.
There is no cost to participate, but registration is required as space is limited. This 2-hour class is designed to help you feel more confident and prepared for birth. Whether this is your first baby or you’ve given birth before, the class offers practical tools and information to support your journey.
This session is intended to provide a brief, accessible overview of key topics. It is culturally relevant, inclusive, and designed to meet participants where they are.
