The Brain-Food Connection

Most of us don’t think about caring for our brains the way we care for the rest of our bodies. Yet lack of sleep, constant multitasking, and poor nutrition place significant stress on the brain, increasing the risk of anxiety, depression, memory issues, and long‑term cognitive decline.

In this class, led by a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Medicine Chef, you'll learn how nutritious foods and simple lifestyle habits can help protect your brain and support lifelong mental well‑being.

Lunch will be provided.
