In this class, led by a Registered Dietitian, you’ll learn which foods help promote lifelong bone and joint health.
You’ll also enjoy a cooking demonstration by a Culinary Medicine Chef and have the chance to sample the delicious dishes prepared in class.
There is no cost to participate but registration is required as space is limited.
