Salad Box Workshop: Lunch and Learn
Join us for a hands-on lunch-and-learn session where you’ll prepare fresh, colorful ingredients to create your own Salad Box kit.
Registered Dietitian Bettina Jones and Chef Lauren Greer will facilitate a discussion on balancing flavors and textures and creative meal ideas, then lead the group through prep stations. We’ll provide everything you need to assemble convenient, nutritious meals you can enjoy all week.
Lunch will be provided.
This class will be held at HUB 07 inside the Corewell Health Center for Wellness - Boston Square.
There is no cost to participate, but registration is required as space is limited.
