Join us for an interactive recipe swap where we'll explore simple ingredient substitutions that can boost nutrition while maintaining great flavor. Learn practical tips for reducing added sugar, sodium, and saturated fat while increasing fiber, plant foods, and other nutrient-rich ingredients.
Participants are encouraged to bring a favorite recipe to share or one they'd like help modifying. Together, we'll exchange ideas, discover new ingredients, and leave with fresh inspiration and realistic strategies for creating healthier meals at home.
