Rest Is Resistance: Reclaiming Wellness Through the Five Senses is a Black History Month teen and young adult retreat focused on rest, healing, joy, and liberation. During this experience, participants will reconnect with the five senses through mindfulness, movement, creative expression, sensory activities, and community circle.
Free wellness day retreat: Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM–1:30 PM.
