Stress Hacks That Work: Lunch and Learn
Feeling stressed is a normal part of life, but how we respond to stress can make all the difference. This 1-hour class (with the option to join in person or virtually) will explore practical strategies to manage stress and build resilience through positive coping techniques.
You will learn how stress impacts the mind and body, identify personal stress triggers, and discover evidence-based tools to reduce tension and improve overall well-being. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with actionable skills to handle challenges more effectively and maintain balance in your daily life.
Lunch will be provided.
This class will be held at HUB 07 inside the Corewell Health Center for Wellness - Boston Square.
There is no cost to participate, but registration is required as space is limited.
